DCOM Server Process Launcher high CPU usage

I've been having a problem where DCOM Server Process Launcher starts using about 80% of my CPU at random times. I'm on build 23570.1000 ni_prerelease. It didn't start happening after an update or a change I made, the problem just appeared from nowhere.
If someone can tell me how to fix this I would be very grateful.

As I know, DCOM Server Process Launcher is a system process responsible for starting and managing DCOM server applications. If it's using a high amount of CPU, try restarting your computer, checking for updates, running the System File Checker, disabling unused DCOM server applications, and resetting the DCOM configuration.
