"Customer states. . ."

The "Customer states. . ." are snippets of videos on YouTube from car mechanics taken after a customer brings their vehicle in for long, long overdue repairs.

I am not a mechanically inclined person that can truly fix just about anything like others I know here; however, I do know when it is time to bring my car in for repairs/service to prevent ending up on "Customer staes. . ."..

I could never imagine driving most of these cars on the road out of a simple concern for the safety of others as well as my own.
