[SOLVED] Currupt Windows files, Win7-64bit

Hi, I had an BSoD and some of my Windows' files are corrupted, my ethernet doesn't work either after the crash which is the worst.
I ran SFC command and SURT tool, tried to run SFCFix with DVD but for some reason it doesn't work.
I'll upload the CBS folder and appreciate any help, thank you very much beforehand.

My only real issue at the moment is my LAN not working, not ethernet nor USB LAN, which is a real bummer.

I had to run SFC twice cause I closed CMD on the first run, but it says no integrity violation was found.

However the network issue remains the same, apparently it is caused by a corrupt driver or something like that, I can try to repair install the Windows if necessary, I had tried it before posting here and it failed, but now it may work.
Oh also there is something called "File as Volume Driver" in device manager that says Windows cannot load the driver for it, but it is not causing me any trouble, and it happened after the BSoD too.

Ever since my last message up until now, I've been trying to repair install the Windows, it's going for its third attempt, what I have done so far is that I ran a full check disk with the bad sector option.
Any minute from now the installation should either fail or succeed, and any either way I'll let you know the result, and I'll run the troubleshoot.
But thank you so much sir, I can't say that enough.

I do apologize for my ignorance, but I'm not sure what is the Windows option in Control Panel, I see no such thing...
EDIT: I'm sorry, I'm on mobile and didn't see it as a whole, yes I've ran Network Adapter troubleshoot and the error it is giving me is the following for all of the adapters: "Windows couldn't automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network adapter"
 
Are you using a wired network connection or wireless network ?
 
I use my motherboard's Ethernet, but I do tether my phone via USB as well, and neither of these works after the crash, the LAN does show up but it just doesn't detect any connection, I have uninstalled the drivers for both the Ethernet and my phone, it installs it back, but the issue remains.
Also I want to point out that if I'm wasting your time please do tell, I do understand, you have helped so much already.

When the scan is finished a log file with the name "MTB.txt" will appear on your desktop.
Attach this log file to your next reply.
 
Warning: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Do not run this script on another machine.
  1. Download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:
    64-bit: Downloading Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
  2. Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
  3. Right-click on FRST64.exe and select "Run as administrator".
  4. Press the Fix button.
  5. The tool will now process fixlist.txt.
  6. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  7. When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
  8. Post the logfile Fixlog.txt as attachment in your next reply.
