[SOLVED] Cumulative updates fail for months

Hello,
I would like to ask for help, as I read in this thread

(I do have same problem - all cumulatives, since 2018-09 cumulative KB4464218 for 1803 x64, fails to install)
I read all posts and checked all sent files but I'm not sure where I can find names of the missing components (if it is this case).
I have tried running SFCFix.exe without script, it didn't help (error 0x800f081f - dism.log), neither did any txt or zipped files sent in that thread.
It looks like missing or damaged components can be found in COMPONENTS file but since I do not know what to look for or how to event open this file properly I'm going to post it here and hope somebody can.

I kept googling and found these instructions to "reseting windows updates" and it helped me. Updates started working, even upgraded to 1809 from 1803.
Anyway thank you, you can close this.
