Hi again
One day after this
https://www.sysnative.com/forums/wi...-failed-bluescreen.html?highlight=#post149060
problem was fixed, MS had to release KB3139929, which again, I can't install. I already tried everything described in the link above, to now avail. Luckily, I don't get blue screens, it just won't install
CheckSUR does not find any errors:
nor does SFCFix:
Running sfc /scannow has not brought up anything, neither.
However, when I check CBS.log, I find a lot of errors, mostly of the following type:

Packages affected by this are for example:
KB2647753, KB2736422, KB3031432, KB2698365, KB2836943, KB3045685, KB2712808, KB2973351, KB2654428, KB3004375, KB2705219, KB982018, KB2653956, KB2973112, KB2808679, KB3123862, KB2993651, KB3037574
(after that I stopped searching). What does this error mean? Why is it not reported by CheckSUR or SFCFix? Can this type of error be ignored?
I also found errors of this type:
A STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED error also occurred, which was related to C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\SIGNUP\install.ins. This I could apparently fix by assigning every possible right for every possible user to this folder after being fed up enough to not care about security anymore. This error does not occur anymore, alas, the update still won't install. I am at my wits end.
The CBS.log is attached. The extension .zip has to be changed to .7z in order to decompress the archive.
Thank you very much for any help or hints!
