Hi all,
since november, all the cumulative patches released doesn't apply and I always get error 0x8007000d.
I've found a corruption in a VSC so I've deleted al restore points. This way was able to solve the NTFS errors in the event log at every update trial, but still get 0x8007000d.
"Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" mostly of times finishes without errors, but not always (I've run more times) and will attach the out with error I got now.
I've tried also the SFCfix but didn't resolve.
I've also tried a restbase (DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /startcomponentcleanup /resetbase) but also didn't resolve.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Merry Xmas to all!
Alessandro

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
Code:

Hi @Maxstar !

Thanks a lot!! This solved the issue!

I've took a look inside the zip and looked at CBS logs and maybe I've understood the issuse in the OfflineScannerShell...
May I ask you where I can find documentation on how to dig more in this kind of troubleshooting and where to get the files to build the scripts?
Must have I another updated system to copy them from for example?

Anyway I really appreciated your help @Maxstar !

I wish you a merry Xmas!

Thanks!
Alessandro

Hi,

You're welcome. Glad to hear the issue has been resolved.

See this tutorial on how to fix common issues, and yes I use multiple VM's as source for replacement files.

Merry Christmas too... 🎄
