I noticed a CUAssistant folder in my Windows 10 Program Files and searched it. It was Identified as Malware. I ran SFCFix.exe which found no corruption.
Now I want to remove the directory folder and contents. Can I simply delete the Folder or do I need to do something else? It is not listed in Settings "Apps" to remove.

Thanks in advance for help.

How was it identified as malware?

When I search for culauncher, I see that it is a Microsoft Windows file.

AskWoody shows it is part of KB4480730 and can easily be verify by visiting the official Microsoft web page when you expand the x64 or x86 links.

System File Checker (SFC) is a great utility, but it does not check for malware. Have you scanned for malware?
