Hello everyone,

Thank you for clicking my thread.
I have CSI payload files that are corrupted its over 200+, I don't know how this happened but 2 nights ago I tried to update my windows version but it failed. I concluded that the failed update corrupted some of my files and the next day I couldn't download or run any files or games, reinstalling wouldn't work because it would say an application error, DISM doesn't load too, it stuck on Image Version: 10.0.22000.176, comctl32.dll is somehow getting automatically deleted (I turned off my antivirus for a while)
This has been going on for almost a week now, I'm pretty bored in the house not being able to play with some of my online buddies, Would be grateful if anyone can solve my issue.

Hi and welcome to Sysnative,

Step 1. Download
56f31e53c97da-SFCFix.PNG
SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
