[SOLVED] Could not repair PC with SFC.Exe so i am asking for lots of help.

Hello.

2 weeks ago on starting my pc it ran chkdsk and i got a load of errors about bad/corrupt files and it could not fix them.
I ran sfc /scannow and it should errors but also not fixed.
In eventviewer i was getting volumeshadow errors so i ran seagate tools on my hard drive and that was ok but still getting errors and then the pc would hang from a few secs to 5/6 mins before being ok.
I done a restore back a few days but it was still the same so i deleted progs/files that i did not need and done anti virus, malwarebytes and super-spyware and they all came back ok.
I bought a new drive (160gb sata) and cloned to that hd and put in my pc and that also is doing the same.
I remember doing windows update and i think my issues started 3/4 days after that.
I have window 7 ultimate.
I have done sfx.exe a few days ago and it could not fix all the files so i ran it today and joined this forum and i have the file attatched so somebody can give me so advice about it.

Looks like a fair number of corrupt files.

Windows Update Package Replacement

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

Please download the attached file, Packs.zip and save this to your Desktop.
Right-click on the file and select Extract All...
Tick the box labelled Show extracted files when complete then click Extract
A window will open showing two folders, Manifests and Packages
Open the Manifests folder and copy the files into the following folder (if there are any files)

C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests
Open the Packages folder and copy the files into the following folder (if there are any files)

C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages
Run the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) again.
When the SURT finishes installing, copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V) the contents of the SURT log into your next post please:

C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log

Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put [CODE][/CODE] tags around the log to break up the text.

Download GSmartControl and save it on your Desktop;
Extract the content of the GSmartControl .zip archive and execute gsmartcontrol.exe; To extract you can right-click your mouse on the GSmartControl.zip file and select Extract.
Identify your drive in the list, and double-click on it to bring up it's window (usually you'll find your drive by it's size or it's brand name);
Go in the Perform Tests tab, then select Extended Self-test in the Test type drop-down list and click on Execute (this test can take a few hours to complete);

Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
Save any open documents and close all open windows.
On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
SFCFix will now process the script.
Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put [CODE][/CODE] tags around the log to break up the text.

Hello zcomputerwiz.

I have done updates and all has been ok for 5 days and no errors in event logs at all.
2 days ago cloned the new hard drive onto the original hard drive which was in the pc when the troubles started and it has been working ok with no errors also.
Your advice and hard work have helped me out and i would like to thanky for your help and wish you and your family a Merry Christmas.
