Follow the instructions below to run a scan with the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) and provide a log.
  1. Download SURT for your system. (Windows 7 SP1 x86)
  2. Once downloaded, execute the installer, and go through the installation (this process can take around 15-20 minutes).
  3. On completion, a log will be created in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log.
  4. Attach this log to your next reply.

now please provide me with the solution for upgrade to windows 10....which had error 8007001f 20006....
I have not attempted the installation to windows 10 after these fixes....please provide the further pathway...

Hi.....When i tried installing KB4474419...it pops up that KB4474419 is already installed in this computer.
And after that i tried to install windows 10 again and there is some progress as error is changed 0xC1900101 - 0x30018.

FRST Scan:
  1. Download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:
    32-bit: Downloading Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
  2. Right-click to run the tool as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  3. Note: Ensure that the Addition.txt check box is checked at the bottom of the form within the Optional Scan area.
  4. Press the Scan button.
  5. Please wait for the tool to finish. It will produce two logfiles called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should be the desktop)
  6. Post the logfiles FRST.txt and Addition.txt as attachment in your next reply.

Upgrading should keep all or data but make sure to have a backup of all your important data first.

Why are these so-called 'system-optimizer' programs installed ?

- RegCure Pro

Adobe has stopped support for Adobe Flash Player. Best to uninstall these programs:
- Adobe Flash Player 31 ActiveX
- Adobe Flash Player 31 NPAPI

Uninstall Tweaking.com - Windows Repair (All in One) if still installed.
 
Hello.....I have uninstalled all the specified programs and i had not found Tweaking.com - Windows Repair (All in One) installed so i have also deleted its zip file too......Now what should i do next....?
 
After uninstalling the programs....i attempted the windows 10 installation again and there was an error screen like this IMG_3025.JPG
this pic is not genuine as i could not able to take the actual pic of error....the error was similar to this screen.....and after the restart the same first phase error was there.....There is some progress as working on updates percentage is increase to 48% and then the following error occurred.

  2. Right-click on FRST.exe and select "Run as administrator".
  3. Press the Fix button.
  4. The tool will now process fixlist.txt.
  5. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  6. When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
  7. Post the logfile Fixlog.txt as attachment in your next reply.

Hi.....I have run the FRST.exe as specified above....and sending a Fixlog.txt file as attachment.....
