Could not find an recovery environment

Hi,
I am a standard windows user. I have some errors in my Computer I tried to reset it
But I faced an problem like this, Please help me!

Microsoft - Clean install Windows 10

Something to check:

1. Type “CMD” in the Windows search box and press Enter. Locate the result Command Prompt, right click on it and select Run as administrator.

2. Type “reagentc /info” (without quotes) and press Enter.

3. Take a screenshot of what you see and attach it for us to check.

See the Windows RE status. It is disabled.

1. Type “CMD” in the Windows search box and press Enter. Locate the result Command Prompt, right click on it and select Run as administrator.

2. Type “reagentc /enable” (without quotes) and press Enter.

3. Take a screenshot of what you got.

4. Restart and try again to enter Recovery Environment.


May I ask you why do you want to reset the computer? Perhaps we could help you to avoid that if you would like.

Actually I got something disappeared in my system, the advance option is missing from my computer only uefi firmware settings is available. So I tried to reset my computer...
and it says unable to update boot configuration data

I would recommend creating a bootable Windows 10 USB and then launching recovery options using the USB. There will be an option to open a command prompt window, once opened, please enter the following command:

bootrec /rebuildbcd
