Could not find an recovery environment

Hi,
I am a standard windows user. I have some errors in my Computer I tried to reset it

Something to check:

1. Type “CMD” in the Windows search box and press Enter. Locate the result Command Prompt, right click on it and select Run as administrator.

2. Type “reagentc /info” (without quotes) and press Enter.

3. Take a screenshot of what you see and attach it for us to check.
 
See the Windows RE status. It is disabled.

4. Restart and try again to enter Recovery Environment.


May I ask you why do you want to reset the computer? Perhaps we could help you to avoid that if you would like.
 
Actually I got something disappeared in my system, the advance option is missing from my computer only uefi firmware settings is available. So I tried to reset my computer...
and it says unable to update boot configuration data
