Hi ,

After several weeks of search and tries, I really need your help... :banghead:
I have a problem with my network controler on my laptop (Dell E6430 running Win 8.1 OS)
Screenshot_lan_error.png
I'm not able to update the driver because of corrupted/missing system files.

I ran sfc /scannow and it told me that corrupted system files has been found but it was unable to repair all of them.
( my CBS log -> https://www.dropbox.com/s/usbb9lgqs9gpdhk/CBS.zip?dl=0 )

I tested Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
-> Unable to download sources files.

(sorry for the bad translations...)

Of course I have done a lot of other things : upgrade BIOS, Delete peripheral, Delete drivers, install new drivers from Dell & Intel website, etc...

Thinking about a physical problem, I booted on a live debian OS, and it worked perfectly...
That's why I think my windows has a problem.

Coud you please help/save me ?

Hi and welcome to Sysnative. The corruption that you have is benign and not related to the issue that you have. I would suggest that you post an inquiry in our Windows 8 forum.

More info on the corruption being reported follows.

This update contains the following two manifests that are occasionally updated by the Diagnostic Tracking Service:

telemetry.ASM-WindowsDefault.json
utc.app.json

The two files are marked as static files in the update. When an advanced user runs the System File Checker Tool (sfc.exe), the files are unintentionally flagged as corrupted. There is no impact or corruption on a device that is running this update, and this issue will be fixed in a later service update.
