R rozzer Active member Joined Mar 17, 2013 Posts 36 Location South Africa Jun 30, 2015 #1 Hi Windows 8.1 Random programs and services freezing or unavailable Clicking windows logo in the bottom corner will not let me Access services in any option, can open the tiles window But nothing works and every time I have to shut down using Task manager, no other feature of Task Manager except log out. MWB & Avast show clear, I have Incredimail and that will not open either, this just suddenly starting happening out of the blue.
