Corrupted Files + Random failure to access programmes,tiles etc

Hi
Windows 8.1
Random programs and services freezing or unavailable
Clicking windows logo in the bottom corner will not let me
Access services in any option, can open the tiles window
But nothing works and every time I have to shut down using
Task manager, no other feature of Task Manager except log out.
MWB & Avast show clear, I have Incredimail and that will not open either,
this just suddenly starting happening out of the blue.
Recent updates where MWB new version about 2 days prior to the issues:huh:

I see your attachment, but usually I see the results of SFCFix as well.
