[SOLVED] Corrupt service stack!? Windows 10Pro 64B

Dear Sir
I cannot longer use Windows Update to install "2022-02, kumulativ uppdatering för Windows 10 Version 21H2 för x86-baserade system (KB5010415)". SFC and DISM command doesn't work anymore.
SFC get the error "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service" and "Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /AnalyzeComponentStore" goves error 193, error text "Command not a valid win32 program".
I suspect that the Windows 10 Service Pack library and/or its files have been corrupted. The library is named: C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-servicingstack_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.19041.1613_none_7df538047ca074bb.
Your earlier suggestions to solutions for alike issues seems to be adapted to certain circumstances connected to the PC's OS in question.
I don't want to do a clean reinstall as I have about 550 apps running in my environment and it is a computer, it should be repairable if the disks are ok, which they are.

Dear Sir.
I have now solved the issue with a corrupt service stack.
First the wrong kb was mentioned wrongly. Should be

22 mars 2022 – KB5011543 .​

I solved the issue with a old-fashioned method since DOS 1.0 days. I replaced the corrupted files with fresh ones from alike another computer updated with kb5011543 changing the authority of the service stack library C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-servicingstack_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.19041.1613_none_7df538047ca074bb from owner Trustedinstaller to Administrator to be able to copy and delete, etc.
The corrupted files were
Cbscore.dll, updateagent.dll and wcp.dll as indicated in the CBS.log when running the command "dism.ex /Online /Cleanup-image /AnalyzeComponentStore" from the cmd prompt with admin rights.
This solved the issue
If the disks are ok then try to replace the pinpointed damned objects.
