Corrupt Files

I keep trying to update to Windows 8.1 from 8, but I'm unable to do so. I read that I needed to make sure all updates were installed or I would have errors (which I do). When I try to update I get an error code 656. I use the troubleshooter and it says all problems are fixed. The file with which I am having trouble updating is Update for Microsoft Silverlight (KB2977218). When I try to update again, you can imagine what is happening. I get the error code 656. I have looked at the CBS log and found that there are two files that are having "issues."
They are
000006e0 [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:36{18}]"Amd64\CNBJ2530.DPB" of prncacla.inf, Version = 6.2.9200.16430, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_AMD64 (9), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type = [l:24{12}]"driverUpdate", TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch

and

000006e2 [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:36{18}]"Amd64\CNBJ2530.DPB" of prncacla.inf, Version = 6.2.9200.16430, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_AMD64 (9), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type = [l:24{12}]"driverUpdate", TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch

Any ideas how I can fix this so that I can install the updates? I have been seaching for a couple months now.

I did the SCFFix and got the following information:

I message came up saying Windows cannot find '[CIDE]cmd', Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again.
I will attach the Windows Update txt file. I can go to the log file and copy the cbs file if that would work.
