Corrupt files - cannot get fixed with SFC.exe

CBS log is to large for here, can upload later.. I dont have the zip file for the SFC.exe fix, and I have tried :

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:wim:G:\sources\install.wim:1 /LimitAccess
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:esd:G:\Sources\Install.esd:1 /LimitAccess

I have an old iso that has install.esd and i have tried wim incase. nothing working. please help
