[SOLVED] Continuous 0x8007371 error with KB5007253 update Win10

I have tried multiple times to Windows update my Lenovo Win 10 64 bit.
I'm also unable to upgrade my backup software Macrium Reflect v7 to v8.
I have done the following:
Run Windows Update Troubleshooter
Run sfc /scannow, Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth, Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth, all indicated no problems?
While trying to un-install my antivirus program ESET the command netsh -c interface dump > C:\NetworkSettings.txt was denied access so I didn't proceed further. But seemed to indicate that there was a system access problem.
I'm therefore turning to the forum with the hope that you can assist.
