Environment: Dual boot environment with Windos 10 Pro 22H2 - Linux Mint 23.1

2 years ago I moved the windows installation to a new SSD - it seems there is no Windows Recovery Partition
Windows is trying over and over again to install the update KB5034763, fails and roll's back. (suspended now several times for a week)
There is no further information than "We coulnd't complete the update ... undoing changes"
SFC /scannow reported "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth reported "The restore operation completed successfully. The operation completed successfully."
But again experiencing the same issues
Resetting or re-installing Windows and loosing data or installed apps is not an option.
I also already try a kind of repair installed with an .iso image created by the media creation tool without look.
