Constant Windows 8.1 issues

I've only had this thing for 3 months, and up until the 8.1 update (it came with Win8), it worked perfectly fine. But then Windows 8.1 update got "stuck" and I lost 100 GB of space seemingly overnight, not knowing what happened. I ended up finding the file with directions and was told to delete it, which seemed to un-stick the update, since it actually went through the whole process of updating. Since then, I've had so many issues, and I can't even remember every single one of them at this point.

The biggest one happened randomly today, after my computer seeming perfectly normal. I was suddenly told, out of the blue, to activate Windows. I did a scan and got this:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir/Logs/CBS/CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not supported in offline servicing scenarios.

I tried doing the scans listed here, but not a single one worked aside from scannow:
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them [Solved] - Laptops - Windows 8

I've uploaded CBS, I hope I did it right. Honestly I've had so many issues with different computers over the last year that my brain is practically broken from all of this. I can't afford to replace this computer, and I'm going to seriously lose it if it turns out that that's my only option. I'm really desparate here.

This is the file that looks to be giving some grief with SFC:
Code:
