seems as though my pc is being hacked remotely on a daily basis possibly by a nearby source. Have searched over my pc and cannot find the issue causing the persistent effects.. I have a frst scan if needed.. All the usual routes for finding malware have shown no results. I am at odds ends¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Stuttering does not necessarily mean you are being hacked. If you feel you are being hacked. Backup your data, and do a Clean Install of Windows
Reset your Wireless Router to defaults and reset the password.

But first, run a Clean Boot. If this works, you can keep it this way, or you can add one or more Services or Startup Items until the stuttering starts again, then you will know the culprit.
I would also download Crystal Disk Info and or DiskGenius in my signature and view the SMART info for your drive. If it is anything less then Good, it needs to be replaced.
