Constant 0x80073701 error

Hello there:

I'm trying to update my Win 10 21H1 (V. 19043.1110) for several months, and I've keep getting this error code, 0x80073701.
I tried the steps suggested by the FAQ with no avail, and needed a couple of fresh eyes to see what's going on.

I'm attaching the CBS folder (CBS.zip), and the SFCFix Log.
