Hello everybody and thank you admins for approving me. Here is my problem. I installed nVidia drivers for my bit old nVidia GPU. Something felt off from the very beginning but I didn't pay attention to it. It got very annoying once I played games because of all that flickering and stuff. Decided to uninstall my GPU from Device Manager (right click>uninstall) and it looked like it did uninstall successfully. I've rebooted my pc and tried to install correct drivers (three years old at least that always worked) and I coudn't. Nvidia installer just kept crashing and trying to install these drivers through Device Manager ended in "configuration registry database corrupt". Figured I could try to install it via Windows Update, but turns out ALL of my drivers (audio, usb 3.0, etc) were gone and trying to install back. Course they didn't install. I got error 0x800703f1. Below is my freshly created CBS log. If you need anything else just let me know. Thank you!

Edit: Same thing happened to someone in this thread and you guys help this poor man. I probably need this fresh copy of DRIVERS file as well.

FYI, I solved my problem. I got my hands on fresh copy of DRIVERS file. I just replaced corrupted one with good one and problem went away. You can close this thread guys.
