Configuration Registry Corrupted

So whenever i try to install a driver or anything, this usually comes up, whether it be my Nvidia Graphics drivers or a driver for something else, is there some way to fix this or not?

System Specs:
Windows 10
Dell Inspiron 5000 series
Core i5 7300HQ
Gtx 1050

Try running Windows System Restore - choose the most recent restore point; if no-go, then restore to the next most recent, etc...
