Configuration Registery Database Corrupt

Hiya,
I have got an issue with my drivers not updating on my Windows10 comptuer for a while now..I tried to fix itbut im not very much of a comptuer guy and made it a lot worse. I found a message relating to Configuration Registery Database Corrupt - it seems nvidia could be an issue in this regard

I was reading another thread from someone who you asked to supply the Drivers file, would you be able to help me please.

I have since fixed issue!!!
moved all data into HDD and removed it to ensure it was safe and completely got a new fresh copy of windows on SSD and re-installed oldHDD cheers
