[SOLVED] Computer sticks and restarts

I have a new computer, bought last summer, which randomly sticks and restarts. Not happening every day, but it is very annoying when it happens. I can't use control + alt + delete, I can't do anything at all. If I let it alone, it will restart. I checked for drivers, it says I have the latest ones. FRST logs don't show me something strange. DISM/SFC, fixed files and now it is suppose to be OK.

I would appreciate any advice.

It just happened again. The hard disk noise when it is in use, and everything froze. I had to make a hard restart to be back...

How does this tool work? I never used it.

It pulls the info from the various temp and voltage sensors on the Motherboard, CPU, GPU, HDD, etc.

I already did that. Everything is fine. The temp is 42C and no problem with the disk.

Let's use Sysnative's BSOD Collection App, it will pull all the info one would need including info from the event viewer. You can skip steps 4, 5 & 7. In step 7, you might want to run Memtest to rule out Memory issues.

Make sure the AMD integrated graphics on your AMD CPU is disabled, probably in the BIOS.

Go ahead and download the latest driver. GeForce Game Ready Driver | 531.41 | Windows 10 64-bit, Windows 11 | NVIDIA

Then use this:
Utilizing DDU Display Driver Uninstaller Properly

Once DDu is finished and you've rebooted,

Install the driver you downloaded, preferably without GeForce Experience.

I saw it in the dump. However, I didn't get far enough in my training to fully comprehend and explain the actual why. I apologize.

I have used the above method on my own PC's at home and work and it has had satisfactory results.

You have a Nvidia adapter that seems to be the primary. Sometimes the integrated can cause issues with a primary.

Pulling up all the crashes that happened, quite a few GPU crashes (0x116 and 0x119) and a few 0x133 which are about background tasks not finishing within the allotted time that also seem connected to the GPU. If Rob's suggestion for downloading the latest version does not work, try the version provided by Lenovo.
