Check if the problem persists or disappears in clean boot state.
If disappears, you should enable half of the options you unticked, reboot and re-check (persists or disappears?).

From what I read on internet, it seems ExpressCache (Condusiv Technologies formerly Diskeeper Corporation) should accelerate and improve performances of your SSDs/HDDs... And it could be present on Lenovo machines.
