Computer Problems: Need Help Window 8.1 - Slowness + Freezing

Hi I have an HP laptop and have been experiencing problems: Computer freezing lagging etc....Ran Complete Virus scan using Avast and Norton 360. No viruses found. Also ran Malwarebytes and fixed problems. Computer still having problems. Ran SFCfix by Neimero and here are the results:

FYI: I don't have backup disc. Well I lost the first of 4 recovery disc. Please advise! Thank you in advance!

Are you actively running both at the same time? If so, there's a start. Limit it to one, and hint, I'd choose neither, but if you like them, stick with Norton.
 
No The problems were there before I DL Avast. I just wanted a second opinion. Right now Avast is uninstalled and the problems are the same. And no not run at the same time???
 
For your SFC issues, go here. If the slowness and issues still exist, which they likely will, come back here.
 
Im not having SFC issues. I ran the SFC fix and posted the results in my original post and am looking for someone to guide me to fix my computer. Did you read my previous post or maybe Im confused how it works here? Did I post in the wrong place? I ran a scan and it came back corrupt files. I need further guidance. Thank you!

You ran SFC fix and it only fixed 1/4 corruptions.

Please follow-up with your Windows Update/SFC forum thread to get the 3 corrupted files fixed, then return here for help with your system slowness/freezing.

You can post the collection results here and I'll help you with that. The SFC help can be done in the other thread.
 
We'll let SFC/Windows Update team work on getting your SFC items fixed.

Then return to this thread for continued help with your other system issues.
