although i restarted and did dsim and sfc and sfcfixit a few times i kept getting told i had an error with everything except for sfcfixit but when i turned on my comp today it worked aside from an unusually long startup and all my steam games had to redownload something not sure what. my processor seems slower though it has issues with games that would never cause it to slow down before I have not shut down the comp since then or run any checks but i have a feeling the problem has not been fixed just alleviated a bit.

i did a new sfc scan and it said there is an error the list is different from the first time i did it though and i cant find exactly whats wrong when i skimmed it so something is still wrong this is the cbs log

Launch the following command from an elevated command prompt and wait till it finishes:
Code:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Restart your machine and launch sfc /scannow from an elevated command prompt to check if the problem disappeared.
