CLASSPNP.SYS Latency Problem

Hi guys, sorry for my poor english.

before i talk about my situation i'll put some information bellow:

· OS - Windows 8.1, 8, 7, Vista ? 8.1
· x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64
· What was original installed OS on system? windows 7
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? pirate
· Age of system (hardware) : 2 - 3 years
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? 1 month
· System Manufacturer : DELL
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom): Inspiron 14R (5420, Mid 2012) · Laptop or Desktop? Laptop

So, sometimes i have some audio crackling and i installed the program LATENCYMOON and checked the high latency of the CLASSPNP.sys, anyone can help me?
