Check/test system/registry after remove viruses

Hello

symsrv.dll: Automatically created in the directory C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\
Info-Install.exe & Setup-Install.exe: Automatically created in the archives: RAR & ZIP & 7z
Application files automatically renamed after run as OriginalAppName.exe.dat and created exe file with original name, but with different size, after run receiving error: Application was unable to start correctly 0xc0000005

I tried install and scan with many antivirus's and anti-malwares, but without result...
This virus always block install more familiar antivirus`s in normal boot and in safe mode, somehow successfully installed kaspersky, successfully scanned and removed many virus`s from PC.

Now need check/test my PC, I think there will be contraindications, but I do not know where to start.
