Changing of Wi-Fi caused Problems with Network Driver/High DPC Latency

I got new Fiber this week and used the same fiber before from my neighbor, since then I get high dpc latency, audio stuttering etc.
I tried a lot searching up the problem, but nothing fixes it, I am out of options and frustrated, so I am seeking help here.
