When i open Turn Windows Features on or off it is blank/empty.

Trying to attach 138MB CBS.zip but seems to be too large, will provide a shareable Google Drive Link meanwhile CBS.zip - Google Driv

I guess there is an issue with a Visual C++ Runtime so i'll post a picture of my complete installed list MSDN Visual C++.jpg

The problem i run in: Can't install nor uninstall NET.Framework 3.5 Sp1 which includes 2.0 because nothing happens when i run the install file for it (dotnetfx35setup.exe). I would be able to do it though when i was able to access it through the "Turn Windows Feature On/Off" Page. It's blank though ;(.

If you need any more (specific) information i am glad to provide it!
Thanks in advance

P.S.: The SUR version i installed should be the most recent: Filename: Windows6.1-KB947821-v34-x64.msu
When i run the Net.FX Verification Tool it's not able to access the Framework 3.5 Version and i forgot if i installed it or not, but i lean towards installed.

I just spotted 2 x VS C++ 2012 (x86 & x64) is that just a visual bug or is it 2 times installed ?

If i uninstall the duplicate will the other one disappear aswell or should i not uninstall yet? I prefer to wait for a reply before doing anything.

OK no problem. Please do the following.

Step#1 - SFCFix Script
Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

  1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop. If you still have this on your desktop from downloading previously, you don't need to re-download.

  5. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
  6. SFCFix will now process the script.
  7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
  8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please

Step#2 - System Update Readiness Tool (SUR)
1. Download and run the following file.
2. When it asks you if you wish to install, please answer yes. Note: It could take 15 minutes or more to run. Please don't cancel.
3. You will get an Installation Complete screen when it's done running.
4. Please attach the log from the following location. C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
Please Note:: if the file is too big to upload to your next post please upload via a service such as Dropbox or One Drive or SendSpace and just provide the link.
