CBS.log corrupted and window starting load up to 5 min

It just happened not more than 1 week.
I had run the sfc/scannow and there right down those thing
Is there anyway to solve it?
I had defragmented my harddisk,Cleaned registry,Defragmented registry and did anything i can do..
But still cant solve it ==
please help me.
And sorry for bad english < Malaysian
