[SOLVED] CBS Catalog Missing Package_****_for_KB4537764

Hello,

we have the following problem when installing a features on windows 2016 server. The missing/corrupted update in log file is unfortunately no longer available in Mircosoft catalog. Do you have any idea?

Could you please post a copy of the CBS folder.
  • Open Windows Explorer and browse to the C:\Windows\Logs folder.
  • Right-click on the CBS folder and choose Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
  • Now the message will appear, "Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here. Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?"
  • Click on the Yes button here.

  • Open the Start menu of Windows and type the command CMD
  • When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
  • When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, then press enter.

  • Let me know if it says it was successful or if there are any errors. Or take a screenshot of the command prompt window and paste it into your next reply.

  • Open the startmenu and type the command cmd.
  • After you find the Command Prompt, right click on it and select Run as Administrator.
  • Copy and paste the following into the Command Prompt and press enter.

Right-click on the file FRST64.exe and choose Run as administrator.

  • When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
  • Post the logfile Fixlog.txt as attachment in your next reply.

Great, but could you please perform the following to look at the above issue I've noticed in the CBS log in post#2.

Open an elevated command prompt and run the following command. Attach Dirlist.txt to your next post.
