Can't use the internet on my phone

Hi, need a little help here. I have a Wi-Fi connection but sometimes it doesn't work on my smartphone. It shows connected but i can't open any website at all

It works just fine on my notebook and tablet. Any idea what is causing this? Thanks

Hello,

It's a common issue. Try changing the security option in your Router's settings (WPA, WP2 or mixed). Also, try changing the radio channels (2.4 and 5 GHz).

Hey, i waited a few days to see if this would happen again. Fortunately it didn't happen but if it does then i come back here

Try this:

1. Open Settings
2. Hit "More..." under Data Usage
3. Open "Mobile networks" then "Access Point Names"
4. There should be more than one APN, so select one that hasn't been selected
5. Try and see if it works now
