Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade a PC from Windows7x64 to Windows10x64. I'm facing a problem which I can't solve.
After searching the internet, I found this forum and hope that somebody is able o help...

When trying to upgrade, I got after a while the message:
Windows 10 couldn't be installed. Error 0x8007001F-0x20006, Phase SAFE_OS / REPLICATE_OC. Everything is reverted back to Windows7x64.

I find these errors n the CBS.log:
------------------------
2019-04-05 12:50:02, Error CBS Failed to verify if catalog file \\?\C:\Windows\Servicing\Packages\Package_for_KB3078667~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.0.cat is valid. [HRESULT = 0x800b0100 - TRUST_E_NOSIGNATURE]
2019-04-05 12:50:02, Error CBS Failed to internally open package. [HRESULT = 0x800b0100 - TRUST_E_NOSIGNATURE]

There is a problem with KB3078667.
- Windows Update can't install this (Code 800B0100) and I can't install it manually (Update was not installed).
- ResetWUEng.cmd (Renaming SoftwareDistributions...) can't help
- WindowsUpdateDiagnostic.diagcab can't help

Step #2: sfc /scannow -> "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations"

Step #3: ok

Step #4: Running SFCFix gives me:

Hi,

I'm not sure, whether you need the log-file of Step #3. So, just in case, I attache it here....

Hello and welcome!

SFCFix Script

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

 1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
 2. Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
 3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
 4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
 5. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
 6. SFCFix will now process the script.
 7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
 8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put

tags around the log to break up the text.

Afterwards, run System Update Readiness Tool again and attach CheckSUR.log.
