Can't update my windows 8 error 800703F1

I'm trying to update my windows 8 so i can later get the Windows 10 notification for the update. But all of the files keep throwing the error 800703F1.

The updates are: (its in portuguese but you can see the id)

Follow the instructions below to run a SFC scan on your system and to provide the CBS log in your next reply;

• On Windows Vista & 7, click on the Windows Start Menu, then enter cmd in the search box, right-click on the cmd icon and select

• On Windows 8, drag your cursor in the bottom-left corner, and right-click on the metro menu preview, then select Command Prompt (Admin);

Note: Please note that the CBS.log is volatile, which means that if you don't upload it after the SFC scan is completed, it won't contains the information from the scan anymore. So archive it and upload it as soon as you can.

When i do the sfc /scannow on Windows 8 it gives me:
Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.

You can upload the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log right after SFC fails so I can see what causes it to fail.

Sadly I'm bringing you bad news tidus. Your COMPONENTS Hive is corrupted at a point where only a repair installation of Windows can fix it. You can also try to upgrade to Windows 10, but without a working COMPONENTS Hive, I have no idea of if it's going to work or not. Do you know how to do a repair install?

I can't upgrade to Windows 10 because of the problems with Windows Update, i can't get the windows 10 notification.

I don't know how to do a repair install.
