Can't update IE 11 on my Laptop w/Win7 home premium x64, and can't run Vc++ redist

Hello,


Can anybody please help me to solve my issues with my laptp, I have tryied SFCfix.exe, and got no errors, and I don't know what else to do, still no update IE 11, I update IE with windows update, there is an error code 9C57, and when I try tu run apps that usee VC++, it shows error missing api-ms-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll
 
here is a copy of latest SFCfix file, my mistake, there are several error that couldn't be solved,

No problem. Please do the following:

Retrieve Components Hive
 1. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
2. Please copy this file to your desktop.
Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
3. Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To...Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
4. The file will likely be too large to upload here so please upload to a file sharing service and just provide the link here.
 
SFCFix Script

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.



  1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
  2. Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
  3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
  4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
  5. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
  6. SFCFix will now process the script.
  7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
  8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put tags around the log to break up the text.

Afterwards, run SURT again and attach CheckSUR.log.

all the updates seem to be accepted but IE11,

there are 4 updates that are repeating

The only one failing to update is:

the other three updates keep been offered even when I ran and they show a green bar at the end of update process.

1. Open an Elevated Command Prompt following these instructions: Elevated Command Prompt

2. Type in exactly: fsutil resource setautoreset true %systemdrive%\ and press enter.

3. Wait for the operation of complete (less than 1 minute) and restart your computer.

4. Restart your computer and see if the problem is resolved.
 
Copied the line exactly as it shows, let it run after 30 sec, restarted, tried to update, and showed same result, green on the three and failed the IE 11 Update, it shows same error code 9C57.
