Can't update Drivers through Windows or AMD Radeon Software nor update Windows to KB5012599

Hi to all!

I've been having problems with Windows Update since yesterday. Out of the blue Windows Update started to fail, keeping from updating it to the KB5012599 version. Also, it suddenly wanted to update all my drivers (something that WU never did before) and every single one of those updates are stuck with the error code 0x800703f1

I tried to update AMD's drivers through Radeon Software to see if the problem got solved but after trying to do a clean install, all it did was uninstalling critical drivers and it tossed Error 1603 (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-kb1603) at me while trying to install the new ones (forcing me to uninstall my GPU from my PC to even be able to see anything given that my PC doesn't recognize it anymore).

I'll list everything I've tried so far with no luck (all the logs i can find + drivers file from system32 on errors.rar):
- Cleaned registry with CCleaner
- Used Windows troubleshooter
- SFC /scannow
- DISM (both CheckHealth and HealthRestore)
- SFCFIX
- Downloaded and used Reset Windows Update Tool at completion
- Ran Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
- Ran the .bat file attached on the Dropbox link + all the regsvr32.exe commands on "Errores Dll"

I really don't know what else to do so any help will be more than welcomed.

Could you please provide your entire CBS log folder along with the setupdev.api.log file, which should be available in the following directory:
