i don't remember using any of this, i also have Hyper-V unchecked on windows features. i can't uninstall it, when i do. it appears again after a reboot
i don't know if it's related but it's the same for Microsoft Virtual Disk
Are there Hyper V services running? Hit start, type services.msc and open services. If there are Hyper V Services running set them to manual or disabled and then uninstall the adapter, then reboot. Let us know how it goes.
Source If you choose the registry method from the source, I suggest creating a restore point first to make a backup of the registry before making changes there.
