[SOLVED] cant start windows firewall

When i try to start windows firewall from services.msc i get a error 1058 the service is set to automatic. Pls help!

Open an elevated command prompt by hitting Start, then type cmd, then type CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER.

An elevated command prompt should open. Type winver and hit enter. Let us know what version of Windows 10 you have, please.

hey, i am now facing another problem, i now try to start the service and it says to look in the event viewer. i see it just says "access denied." also here is the winver:
