Cant run SFC, ran SFCFIX but it had errors too. any help diagnosing my problems?

i ran sfc and got this: Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.

then i ran sfcfix and got this: SFCFix version 2.4.1.0 by niemiro.Start time: 2014-11-03 09:09:25.015
Not using a script file.

it ran but didnt fix anything. any assistance would be greatly appreciated

trying to attach logs, might have to do them one at a time

cant attach the cbs.log cause its 10mb. is there another way to link the file so that you can look at it?
