One of the Senior Advisers over at BC sent me here: https://www.sysnative.com/forums/bsod-crashes-kernel-debugging/68-blue-screen-death-blue-screen-death-posting-instructions-windows-8-7-windows-vista.html
However, My system will not run a perform/report, Windows says it can't locate (whatever that means).
Also;
I'm having an Issue with Read Permissions on .dmp Files in Mini-Dump/Windows.
I took my Issue to BC on a BSOD for a System_Exception STOP: 0x000000B3, working that out over there, but ran into some "Road-Blocks"...

FWIW, the Bleeping Computer thread is linked below.

Make sure you are using the correct command. It is perfmon, not perform. There is also a space between the word perfmon and /report

Code:
perfmon<space>/report

Do not type the <space>, that is just to make it more obvious that there needs to be a space between the command and the /report flag.

To read the .dmps, you need to right click the Minidump folder, click copy, navigate to your Documents folder or your Desktop, right click again, and click paste.

Instead of copying the Minidump folder, though, I would recommend running the blue screen collection app (1. B. in the following link).
