[SOLVED] Cant open Windows Store suddenly!

I ran the Windows Update Diagnostic and got this error:

Problems Found:
Service registration is missing or corrupt: not fixed

I ran the sfc/scannow command and that said it was unable to fix some things and this is the log:

Any app I have installed from when it used to work will not run now with this error:

This app can't open:
There's a problem with <appname>. Contact your system administrator about repairing or reinstalling it.

Hi Don't know if this can be solved as my problem with the Store not working was. This was by creating a new user account - the Store worked in this new account and then immediatly started working in my "old" account. (See post in this forum under my name)

Open an elevated command prompt and run this command:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

If all else fails, download the media creation tool from here:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

And choose "upgrade this pc now."

None of your files or settings will be affected...

If the dism command fail, before you upgrade, try creating a new user account and see if that makes store work.

dism failed.
I tried creating a new account and it wouldnt work for that account either, so I gave up and just "upgraded" back to Windows 10 and now everything works great again.. No idea what caused this.
But thank you for that idea!

Yeah that upgrade seems to fix a lot of issues but they just come back again sooner or later:banghead:
