[SOLVED] Can't Install-WindowsFeature Windows-Defender: The referenced assembly could not be found. Error: 0x80073701

Hi.

I can't install Windows-Defender on my Windows Server 2016 [14393.6614].

Trying to enable it with PowerShell and it returns:

Install-WindowsFeature : The request to add or remove features on the specified server failed.
Installation of one or more roles, role services, or features failed.
The referenced assembly could not be found. Error: 0x80073701

In CBS.log says something about KB4507459:
"Failed to pin deployment while resolving Update: Package_7329_for_KB4507459~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.6.4507459-15711_neutral from file: (null) [HRESULT = 0x80073701 - ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING]"

Have tried to uninstall KB4507459 in cmd and the update is not installed on the server.
I ran FRST64.exe and searched the registry for KB4507459.

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:
