[SOLVED] Can't install Windows Features - ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING KB4538461

From the CBS log:

Failed to pin deployment while resolving Update: Package_2949_for_KB4538461~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.7.4538461-4917_neutral from file: (null) [HRESULT = 0x80073701 - ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING]

If one of you fine people could generate a fix file for me (or show me how) that would be amazing. I have attached the SearchReg.txt file here.

Could you please provide all the logs as per the posting instructions?

Never mind. I fixed it by booting to an ISO of the save version of Windows and running through an "upgrade".
