No answer from support, so I open the topic here

While installing I receive error, about this error I found:
Code:
https://www.incentivespro.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1749#1749
The problem was solved by addition of the Administrator in group of local users

But I have only one account Administrator

There is no idea how to solve this problem

By default security warning disabled, all application running with administrative privileges, but at this time installation tested with enabled&disabled mode, with "run as admin" and without...

Turn on or restart the computer. Press and tap the F8 key about every second until you see the Advanced Boot Options. Use the arrow keys to select an advanced option to Disable Driver Signature Enforcement. Try the install again.

Same problem :(

Thank you!
Go to Start -> Run -> GPEdit.msc
Now go to User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Driver Installation -> Code signing for drivers

Click on "Disabled", then on "OK".

Reboot and retry installation.

Change it back to Enabled if you get a successful installation.

Thanks for the info,
Enable it and set to zero (0)or ignore please.

I have found multiple instances of this error on their support forums, unfortunately they revert to email communications and thus hides the solutions or fixes to the public.

This file created and merged, but I do not understand next step... Trying install USB Redirector without result.

The registry file you created and merged added "Take Ownership" in your right click context menu.

The next step would be to right click the USB Redirector executable, choose take ownership of file, then try the install.

Just to verify, you are right clicking the USB Redirector executable and choosing run as admin everytime?

Success with this manual: "take ownership" not showing for explorer.exe Solved - Windows 7 Help Forums

Code:
C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\usb-redirector-technician>TAKEOWN /F * /R /D Y

SUCCESS: The file (or folder): "C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\usb-redirector-te
chnician\license.txt" now owned by user "PC\Admin".

SUCCESS: The file (or folder): "C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\usb-redirector-te
chnician\readme.txt" now owned by user "PC\Admin".

SUCCESS: The file (or folder): "C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\usb-redirector-te
chnician\usbredirector-customer-module.exe" now owned by user "PC\Admin".

SUCCESS: The file (or folder): "C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\usb-redirector-te
chnician\usbredirector-technician-setup.exe" now owned by user "PC\Admin".

But again same error while installing.
