[SOLVED] Can't Install Update or Upgrade (Refresh System Files) Using Media Creation Tool...

So basically I have been trying to "refresh" my Windows system files to try and upgrade to the latest update.

It all started when I wanted go beyond the 250ish path length limit of Windows Explorer, tried One Commander as a work around for this issue.
Went smooth for a bit and then my work softwares couldn't open those files even though the option is available..
My workflow relies a lot on well structured folders and sub folders which allow me to work in a non-destructive way, and so I heard that I might want to refresh my system files to try and enable this feature.
Figured out after 4 media creation tool complete downloads and failures that I couldn't install any update and that I have been stuck for a while in 1709.

I had a "dual-boot" (Which I totally forgot about) where it was not really one since I installed Ubuntu on a separate HDD which I split in two partitions and so I could boot in there if I wanted by choosing it in the Boot Menu, but I didn't have any grub that was asking me at every startup. Even though all of that I don't know how it occurred but I was booting in a Windows Boot Loader Drive on my main SSD which had two Windows ("Windows 10" and "Windows 10 (C:\WINDOWS) : Current OS") I deleted to Windows 10 (Which I couldn't boot into if set as default) set the "Windows 10 (C:\WINDOWS) : Current OS" as default, Deleted my second partition on my other HDD which contained Ubuntu, turned it into a simple volume once I extended the first partition with the other...
Disabled Secure Boot
Boot Mode : Other OS
Disabled Windows Defender
(Tried Disk Scan, Image Cleanup, SFC Scan... I clicked on a lot of link to be honest)
See Screenshots given.

I have tried so many different suggestions and none of them worked.
Really..

I saw a post where a member of your community fixed the issue using very specific commands depending on the setup, and I would love to get this resolved as in I can't work on my project which is due for Saturday..

Hope you guys will help me get through this, and get this up and running again.

Really really really can't allow myself to reset my computer, and do a clean install since I have all of my work softwares ready for the big season. I took a couple of days off to update all of my stuff and it took awhile, I really can't go through that again right now.

If you need any log, tell me what you need and how to give it to you and I will, I really hope we can find a solution to this mess, I have been trying to find one since Monday night, it has transformed into a very painful waiting game...

Thank you for baring with me, let the search begin !

Didn't see that I had to post the CBS Logs here so I'll do that. Sorry it was a mistake on my end.
Running the SFCFix.exe at the moment, providing you the logs soon, but really don't expect anything in particular to come up, it's been like that since the beginning of my search.

Oh and I also forgot but the initial screenshots taken where me trying to gain full control over the Windows directory and those where all the files which gave me access denied with also one that I didn't screenshot which was the notorious "CBS" folder. Just wanted to point that out in case it might be important.

I'm really sorry for making a decision earlier but I spent way too long working through tech support and all those links to try and get this issue sorted out.
So I ended up choosing a FULL clean install of my ENTIRE studio, pulling off a one nighter at the moment, redoing all of my setup, cleaning my workstations and all of that, still need to reinstall all of my softwares, which is going to take a while, but I of course backed-up the OS on another drive in case I might need anything "sensitive" that is usually closely related to work haha.
Thank you very much for giving me some support in the end but even though I had an issue regarding my updates, I needed to kinda refresh the system and I'm pretty sure that Windows still doesn't allow you to exceed the MAX_PATH properly expect for Win32 operating softwares I guess, so I am reworking my entire folder infrastructure, if you have any resources that might come in handy in my case, I'd love to hear about those.
Much love to you and this forum because I know that you fix a lot of issues for free and are truly good and passionate about what you do.

PS : It was you that motivated me through out another post that I saw.

Take care and again sorry for wasting your time in a way, you guys are gems ! <3

I carefully chose my words mate ;)

Just about the MAX_PATH thing, really tried everything and it's a real pain, basically, just Win32 apps can use this and so newer software which most don't use Win32 as it's really outdated, they can't open any folder that is too far away in the HDD even though NTFS and other parameters which are all checked up and good bug me really badly, I guess I'll have to rework my entire directories...

Dis gon' take lon tim !
