Cant install IE 10 or 11

Ok so I cant install IE 10 or 11 since it came out... I have Win 7 Pro 64 bit. I have tried many of the suggestions listed here and other plaes to no avail... I see that cases are specific to the machine so in saying that, what would you like me to do first???
