Can't instal graphic card drivers.

Hello everyone! I have big problem, and I try everything, because I dont want to reinstal system.
I can't install my graphic drivers. When im using AMD crimson installer its crash on 2%
When I try to instal graphic with windows upgrade I have error 0x800703f1.
When i try add new drivers in device Manager i have somthing like - Database configuration registry is damaged.
IDK what to do else, without reinstalling fresh windows. Anybody?

Run this DDU tool from here and follow the guide for uninstalling the AMD drivers:

How to clean your system from all display drivers - Tech Support Forum

Then, use CCC and see if it will download after that.

Hi Masterchiefxx17 and thanks.
I run newest DDU, then CCC and nothing works - crimson installer still crash crash on 2%, installer from windows have error 0x800703f1.
When im runing SFC /SCANNOW it shows me - Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
